Use our new global search tool to quickly find records, notes or tasks in your database.

You cannot search for Activities or Emails yet. However, we will add that in the future. Until then, enjoy the Weflow search tool 😃

  • Hit the search button and enter your query
  • You can search for anything that is a note, task or a record (like a Lead, Opportunity, Account or Contact)
  • You can also use the search pop-up to create a new record

Update Salesforce from your notepad

You can now add and update Salesforce fields and records directly from your notes in Weflow.

Big news today, you can now use your notepad inside Weflow to make updates to any Salesforce field.

This is especially powerful if you are looking to create templates for specific sales methodologies or simply want to combine the note-taking and the pipeline update in one unified view.

By the way: you can also link multiple different Salesforce records to your note and quickly access information about them via the panel.

Introducing: The Panel

You can now access and edit information about any Salesforce record from anywhere in Weflow

We are super proud to introduce the Panel to you. You can access the panel from the top right anywhere in Weflow. There is button that says "Panel" on it.

You can also open the Panel by clicking on any record name. That works with the Table view, Kanban view, any linked Note or linked Task.

As long as it is linked, the Panel can be used to access or edit the Salesforce record.

Kanban view

Ever wished for a super smart Kanban view of your Salesforce pipeline? Well, here it is.

Today, we are releasing our Kanban view to Weflow users. Any view can be turned into a Kanban view. Here are some things you can do:

As with all view, you can decide to pin and save the Kanban view so that it is quickly accessible at all times.

Go give it a try today.

  • Add card properties (up to 8 per card)
  • Hide and/or add columns
  • Change the grouping i.e. by stage, industry, lead source… you name it
  • Adjust the calculation of the column (by amount or by a custom field you'd prefer using)
