• New contacts were created when logging an email, even though this was explicitly switched off in the settings
• Currency codes were displayed in $ even if € or another currency was used

Fixes for pipeline filters & Kanban board

In the latest release, we made the following improvements:

• Kanban boards sometimes did not show any results depending on "group by" selection
• Sorting columns in a table view did not update the order in the add/hide field selector
• Using arrow keys while a cell in the table pipeline is selected, closed the cell
• Some custom filters caused fatal errors in the pipeline view

We squashed some 🐛s

No animals were harmed during the process! However, we did spend some time these past days on making sure everything works smoothly.

• Sometimes on sign-in, the pipeline had a blank screen
• Duplicating a view from the view list did not work
• There was no option to select "None" i.e. no value in pick-list fields
• The "Add/Hide Fields" pick-list did not reset when searching for a field

• The 3-dot menu in the "View List" did not work in some cases.
• When reloading a page, the "Custom Filter" disappeared (but was still active)
• Custom filters for multi pick lists did not work for all objects
• When switching quickly between different pipeline tabs, sometimes the pipeline content was shown on the wrong tab
• Zeros and boolean "False" values were formatted with the wrong font size on Kanban cards

Latest bug fixes

• Searching for "blank" fields returned different results when using it via a quick filter vs. a custom filter
• The last update quick filter could not be updated without reloading the page
• Keyboard shortcut tool tips were only shown for MacOS devices
• Auto-sync was available for private notes even though these were never synced to Salesforce
• The note list filter did not show synced notes when synced via auto-sync
• Layout shifts in the task section when no tasks are available
• Custom filter for relational fields i.e. Accounts did not work
• Quick filters were lost when switching between Kanban and Table pipeline view

Logging an activity via a note copied HTML code into Salesforce

Previously, when logging an activity like a call or a meeting via a formatted note i.e. using bold or italic text, then we also copied the HTML code for the formatting into Salesforce.

The comment field of an activity could then look like this: <p>Meeting Notes</p>**Discuss pricing &amp rollout

This has been fixed now. So your activities are all fully readable by humans as well as machines 🤖

Many small improvements

At Weflow, the thing we dislike the most is a bad user experience. Which is why we do regular in-depth testing and dedicate a good amount of effort on improving the existing features in our web app or Chrome Extension. Below is a list of the most recent fixes and improvements:

• Unlinked notes are no longer shown as part of the "Private" filter in the note list
• Sometimes deleting a note in Weflow did not remove it from Salesforce; this is now working correct in 100% of all cases
• Changing the date of an overdue task did not remove the task from the overdue filter
• Setting a filter based on the amount field led to an error if only a max or only a min amount was entered
• In some cases, it was possible to still edit a deleted note
• When loading a pipeline view the table layout sometimes caused flickering
• Changing a linked object (i.e. lookup relationship fields) blocked using the panel unless page was reloaded
• When creating a new record, the context menu for the record type selection was partially hidden
• When opening the notes list from the Chrome Extension, some users saw a blank page instead of the note list

Saved fields not saved in Kanban board

We fixed an issue, where sometimes fields were not saved on cards in the Kanban board.

Date correctly displayed in Custom Filters

Sometimes, the date in custom filters wasn't displayed correctly. This issue has been resolved now.

Fixes to Firefox and Safari

We made several improvements to the app on Safari and Firefox. Among them, we fixed the following things:

• Tables are now properly displayed in Safari
• Notes can be edited and synced in Safari in the same speed and usability as known from Chrome
• Columns can be dragged & dropped in Firefox

Fixes to Kanban view and note creation

With out latest release, we fixed a series of issues:

1) Kanban view sometimes not loading

2) When creating a new note, sometimes there were some artifacts

• Depending on your field settings, sometimes the Kanban view was not loadig correctly
• This has now been fixed
• For those interested, the issue was that some fields we tried to retrieve from Salesforce per default were not existing for certain record types
• When you created a new note while in an already existing note, you would carry over some of the elements into the new note
• This issue has now been fixed and shall never been seen again 🧐

Display all properties on Kanban cards

There was a small issue, where some properties (mainly True/False statements) were not displayed properly on Kanban cards.

✅ This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your reports and support.

Panel for Leads and Contacts from Pipeline

We fixed an issue where there was no "Panel" button available for Contacts or Leads in the Pipeline Table view.

You can now open the Panel for all record types from anywhere in Weflow.

Special characters in filters work now

Previously, when using a special character in a custom filter, sometimes it would not render any results for you. We made a few improvements to handle all special characters now (like $ % ' # and so on).
