Activity Capture: Expert Settings

• Creating contact on first log was moved from 'General Settings' to 'Expert Settings' as this setting should be enabled with care.
• Contact creation can now be disabled via the add-in or Chrome Extension.
• A new compatibility mode ensures that no duplicate emails are created when third-party integrations are used in addition to Weflow. In addition, this helps avoid duplicates when sending emails via Salesforce.
• The add-in and Chrome Extension can be unchecked by default. This means, that users will have to manually log each email.

Activity Capture: Bi-Directional Sync

Warning: Do not use this feature while other activity capture solutions are active, as this may cause duplicate events in Salesforce. Consult our support team to ensure maximum compatibility.

• Meetings can now be synced bi-directionally between Salesforce and Google/Microsoft calendars.
• Events which are scheduled via the Salesforce calendar are now synced to Google/Microsoft calendars and vice versa.

New "Weflow Fields"

Last Activity - Call: See and filter by when the last call activity occurred with this record

Close Date Pushed: View and filter by how often the close date was changed

Deal Age: See how old this deal is based on its creation date.

Pipeline templates for email and meeting views

• Now, admins can create templates for email and meeting pipeline views.
• These views can be assigned to specific user profiles and will automatically show up in these users' views.

Limit attachment size when logging an email

• Admins can decide to exclude attachments below or above a certain size threshold
• This is useful if you want to exclude attachments which are too large or too small (e.g. a company logo at the bottom of an email)

Pipeline coverage is now shown in collaborative forecasting views

• The collaborative forecast views automatically calculate coverage for each month
• Coverage = open pipeline ($) / remaining quota ($)”

Delete meetings + emails

Now, meetings and emails can be deleted in bulk by admins.

To delete a meeting or email, go to a table pipeline view and select the checkbox next to the record.

Pipeline tabs stored in cloud

• Your pipeline view tabs are now stored in the cloud and not in local cache anymore
• This means, that whatever tabs you have opened when closing/logging out of Weflow, will show again when you sign back in - even from another computer

Meetings + Emails in Pipeline Management

• Create pipeline views for quick and easy data hygiene for both meetings and emails
• Quickly update and edit emails and meetings with Weflow's bulk editing feature

Create multiple Forecast views

Weflow now lets you create up to five unique forecast views. For each view, admins can define:

• Close date
• Currency field (can also be a number or formula)
• Custom forecast categories (use any picklist field)
• Custom fields to inspect deals

• Highly anticipated by many of our customers
• Users can now create and manage quotes from inside Weflow
• Products are automatically attached as line item to the quote

See all 'Tasks' in your insights tab

Tasks now surface in the insights tab for all opportunities.

• Tasks will now appear automatically in the insights tab
• Useful if you log emails to tasks instead of the email message object

New Close Date filter + more date options

• We added a new 'Close Date' quick filter to the top bar
• In addition, you can now make use of a lot of additional pre-built date filters
• All options are also available via the 'Custom filters'

Map custom note objects to Weflow

• If - for whatever reason - you do not utilize the contentNote or Note object in Salesforce, then you can map your custom note object to Weflow as well
• Pick any object you like, then map key fields to Weflow's note-taking feature
• In addition, you can let Weflow surface additional fields to stay in full control of the note-taking process
• Required fields will automatically be surfaced by Weflow

Weighted Forecasts

Add weighed forecasts to your pipeline views, roll-ups, collaborative forecast views and sidebar.

• Weighed forecasts are calculated automatically by Weflow
• They are based on your stage probabilities
• Weighted forecasts work out of the box - you don't need to configure anything within Weflow

Multi-Sort your Pipeline

• Multi-sort any pipeline view in Weflow by using up to five Salesforce fields
• Define the right order and either sort from A->Z (low to high) or Z->A (high to low)

Warning Signals

Create fully customizable Warning Signals based on any field in your Salesforce CRM.

Configure fully customizable warning signals and assign them to different user profiles within Weflow:

• Track overdue close dates
