Prepare for meetings with Ask AI right from Google Calendar

When you open a meeting in Google Calendar, you can now click Prepare meeting to jump straight into Ask AI and get ready for the conversation. Admins and users can control whether the button appears.

• New Prepare meeting button in the Google Calendar event view
• Opens Ask AI in the Weflow web app
• Can be turned on or off in account settings and the admin console
• Available to companies with Ask AI enabled
