Reduced API calls

As of today, Weflow uses 60% fewer API calls for logging emails and meetings from your Microsoft/Google account to Salesforce.

We will continue to improve these metrics month-over-month.

Time in Stage

Weflow's time in stage calculation is based on LastStageChangeDate instead of stage change history now.

You will now see time in stage for all opportunities.

Multi-Link Notes

• You can now multi-link notes to various records and objects simultaneously.
• This works for contentNotes as well as Custom Note objects.
• Please consider that custom note objects require additional configuration to work as expected. Contact our support team to learn more.

Chrome Extension works with Google Marketplace Configuration

The Chrome Extension can now be used for users who have set up activity capture via the Weflow Activity Capture application for Google Workspaces.

Create a submission cadence linked to forecast views

With this improvement, you can create submission cadences as part of each forecast view directly from Weflow's admin console:

Multiple Forecasts

Weflow now lets you create and manage multiple forecasts using different settings and field mappings.

• Create up to 5 different forecasting setups
• Create and manage different forecasting cadences
• Map fields (e.g. close date, amount, forecast categories) individually for each forecast setup

Selected 'Owners' are pinned at the top

• Selected 'Owners' are now pinned at the top
• This is especially useful if you have a long owner list but only a few people are selected

Chrome Extension - Activity Logging

• In case our Chrome Extension runs into a network error or timeout, then it will now try to reconnect and e.g. log an email activity up to five times

Smarter domain exclusion for activity logging

• Weflow lets you separate between internal and external domains
• Our smart activity logging algorithm will make sure that important activities get logged while those that should remain private stay private

Sync back more than 365 days of activity data

Are you still using Einstein Activity Capture? Switch to Weflow and effortlessly sync back all your historical data. Control how your activities are logged and make them fully reportable.

• Sync back email and meeting activities
• Properly attribute all activities to contacts, accounts, opportunities, or leads
• Even large amounts of data can be synced back over time

Please note: If you are using an older version of Weflow's activity capture, please sign in to Weflow and re-authenticate your Google Workspace or Microsoft account with Weflow.

You should see a pop-up once you sign in to Weflow that guides you through re-authenticating your account. Alternatively, you can also follow the steps outlined below:

A new date picker

Based on feedback from our customers, we updated the date and calendar picker across the app and Chrome Extension. Picking dates is now faster and easier with a more responsive user interface and fewer layout shifts.

Submit forecast calls across record types

• Previously, it was only possible to submit a forecast call for one specific record type
• Now, you can submit forecast calls across all or multiple selected record types

Create view button more prominently positioned in Pipeline Management

• It's now a lot easier to create a new view in Pipeline Management
• With one click, you can access the view creation flow

Better scrollbars on Windows 🪟

In some cases, Weflow showed too many and too visible/large scrollbars for users on Windows operating systems. This has been improved by:

• Reducing the size of the scroll bars if not in use
• Increase the size in case a user hovers over them
• Remove unnecessary scroll bars

Pick up where you left off: Sidebar

• Weflow's powerful sidebar is now smarter and remembers your last opened view
• Meaning anytime you open the sidebar to inspect fields, related records or activities on a specific deal, the sidebar will re-open where you left off the last time

Forecasting: Pacing - Speed Improvements

The data in the "Pacing" chart is now loading 3x faster than previously.

Pipeline Coverage

Pipeline coverage is now displayed as a factor e.g. 2x instead of a percentage.

Stage Order

Weflow now respects the correct order of stages when using a 'group by' view in the pipeline or opening the selection options from a stage field (in sidebar and pipeline).

Custom Forecast Mapping

• Custom fields incl. formula fields can now be used for forecasting in Weflow
• To use custom fields, please install the 'Managed Weflow Package' in your Salesforce instance
