Bug Fixes & Improvements

✅ Improved handling of HTML content in specific message types on GMail.

✅ Improved multi-logging behavior when multi-logging to tasks is enabled in sharing settings on SFDC (specifically for logging to the task object).

✅ Improved reliability of dynamic teams when refreshing subscription to email and meeting inbox on Google Workspace.

Unified logic for Chrome Extension / Add-In and Background Logging

In some specific scenarios, when creating a new contact, the Chrome Extension and Outlook Add-In had the ability to override the underlying business logic of creating new contacts.

This issue has been fully resolved by adding additional checks that prevent new contact creation if not permitted by the Activity Capture configuration.

2.88 Bugfixes

• BUGFIX / RESOLVED: Manually scheduled recording of an internal call were automatically de-scheduled again.
• BUGFIX / RESOLVED: User can't access recording after their email changed in Salesforce.
• BUGFIX / RESOLVED: Internal Salesforce Users are not linked to a recording anymore.

Talktime Calculation

The talk-time calculation in Weflow's Conversation Intelligence has been improved to always add up to 100%.

Various Improvements

• Tasks could not be assigned to other users (fixed)
• Time ranges were incorrect if timezone was set to Pacific Standard Time (fixed)
• Notes could not be linked in some specific use cases (fixed)
• Deactivating users in the admin console did not automatically end the subscription for Weflow Activity Capture (fixed)

Multi Pick-List Filters

This issue affected custom filters in pipeline views:

When creating a custom filter with a multi ick-list field, the Weflow App would only return records where there is an exact match of only one value

However, no records will be returned where multiple pick-list values have been selected.

This issue has been fully resolved.

Emails shown in task manager

The task manager in Weflow showed emails logged as tasks for all users.

This creates partially huge lists of completed / uncompleted tasks for the users and causes confusion.

This issue has been fully resolved. Weflow does not show logged emails in its own task manager anymore.

2.50 Bug Fixes

• Field dependencies sometimes did not work from the sidebar
• Sorting by a number/amount field did not work in pipeline views
• Forecasting roll-up did not always select the current forecasting period automatically
• Pressing enter into a forecast call comment immediately submitted the forecast instead of adding another line of text
• Sharing pipeline views did not work anymore

• When creating a custom object from a lookup field in the sidebar, Weflow did not set the related record automatically
• Close date quick filter was not persisted after selecting a value
• Contact roles could not be set due to ISO code field in some rare cases

• Weighted forecasts in pipeline management rendered no values (due to a change in weighting logic)
• Product search did not work for long (>50 entries) product lists in the product modal
• Products were always shown in the default currency, even though they were assigned to a different currency.
• Unnecessary fields were shown as part of the record creation (required but auto-updated fields, e.g. "Last modified date")
• Conversion rates from different Opportunities with different currencies were miscalculated in Kanban boards

2.47 bug fixes

• Key fields could not be changed in the Insights tab
• Changing columns via drag & drop did not work in the slide-up (in forecasting views)

Various bug fixes

• Forecast roll-up was missing currency conversion
• Label in slide-up on the wrong side (was right, should be left)
• Lost deals were shown in deal-by-deal forecasting
• Lookup service for email logging via Chrome Extension stopped after 3 retries; now restarts itself and tries 5 more times

Amount is locked if Products are used

• If products are used for an opportunity, then the amount field is now fully locked
• Previously, it was possible to edit the amount however, it had no effect and was reset automatically
• This user experience has been corrected with the changes mentioned above

Various bug fixes

• When a character limit was reached on a field, Weflow did not save the input when a user tried to save it (it now is saved)
• The record type search did not work when applying a custom filter

Various fixes

• Field formatting was broken for rich text fields in some special cases
• Email content was cut off in the activity timeline
• The "Create Note" button in Google Calendar disappeared on some browser versions
• Duplicating a template from the sidebar did not carry over the original template fields

Recent fixes and improvements

• Checkbox fields sometimes did not show a value even though a value was assigned
• Spelling error in the toast message when record creation failed
• Custom filters where sometimes carried over to forecast views
• Moving tabs was not possible in the pipeline anymore
• The owner field could not be changed dynamically on the "Lead" object
• When duplicating a view, the owner filter was always set to "Me" even though the settings could have included other users
• A newly created opportunity sometimes was counted twice in the waterfall chart in forecasting if it matched the selected timeframe

Most recent bug fixes

• The date filter in the custom filter did not immediately render results when switching the operator.
• A New View could be created without any record by clicking enter in the creation modal before selecting an object type.
• Users were unable to add images to Note templates.
• Multiple record templates should not be assigned to the same Profile via the admin console.
• When opening the pipeline, it always opens the first tab. Now, it opens the last used tab.
• The disconnected email toast message layout was broken-

Reply Rate (Weflow Field)

• The email reply rate field (Weflow Field) sometimes was calculated incorrecly
• This has been fixed as part of the v2.3 release

Auto-create new contacts off by default

• Previously, in some cases the auto-creation of new contacts via email logging has been active by default
• As of now, this setting is off by default for all new Weflow users

Recent improvements

The following is an excerpt of improvements and fixes we shipped over the past two weeks:

• Refreshing the pipeline manually sometimes did not work
• When using the "Group by" filter in a pipeline view, sometimes we did not show the difference between an "Account" and an "Opportunity" field creating confusion as to possible duplicates in the list
• The "Timeline" layout in the panel looked broken when there were long texts in field updates
• Global search did not render results quickly and accurately
• On Windows there were too many scroll bars (even if not needed)
• Various typo and string improvements
