When you submit a team forecast as a manager, you can now select opportunities owned by anyone in your reporting hierarchy, all in one place. No more stepping into each rep's submission to build your call.
Opportunities from you and everyone reporting to you appear in the selection list, including the full downstream team for second line managers
Same period, forecast category and forecast type scoping as before
Your forecast total updates based on the deals you select across all owners
Your selections stay on your own submission and never change your reps' forecasts
A new Prepare meeting button in Google Calendar opens Ask AI in the Weflow Chrome extension sidebar, so you can get ready for a call without leaving your calendar. The Create note and Log to Salesforce buttons also got a refreshed design.

We upgraded the speech-to-text model behind meeting recordings, so your transcripts capture what was said more accurately. Better transcripts mean more reliable summaries, notes and insights from your calls.
You can now create a clip straight from the video player by selecting a section of the recording, instead of highlighting transcript text. Pick your start and end points, name the clip, and save it.
New clip button right in the video player
Trim the exact section you want with a visual selector
Zoom in and out of the audio waveform for precise cuts
Clear prompt if your clip still needs a name before saving
Your meeting recordings are now automatically split into chapters, so you can find the part of the conversation you need without scrubbing through the whole call. Chapters appear as sections in the player and in a new Chapters tab with a short summary of each one.

Chapters show as visible sections on the video player
A new Chapters tab below the video lists each chapter with a summary
When you run a test on an agent, a note next to Run Test now tells you exactly where to find the results. Test results show up in the Ask AI chat, not in your email, so you can review them right away without hunting around.
New note beside the Run Test option
Test results are available in the Ask AI chat section
The forecast roll-up view has been tidied up so you can scan numbers at a glance. Columns now have sensible default widths, so values are readable without resizing anything.
Default column widths fit values from $30,000 up to $300,000,000
Refined font sizes and weights for a calmer layout
Edit button appears only when you hover over a cell
When you copy a Conversation Intelligence summary and paste it into Salesforce Chatter, it now comes through as clean, readable text instead of raw markup and code-like characters.
No more visible tags or escaped symbols like & in your Chatter posts
Headings and bullets turn into tidy plain text where rich formatting isn't supported
Pasting into email, Google Docs and Slack keeps working as expected
You can now run AI Playbooks in bulk from Pipeline, instead of updating each deal one by one. Playbooks now run when you choose, so you stay in control of when results are refreshed.
New bulk action runs AI Playbooks on up to 100 records at a time
Playbooks no longer run automatically every time a new activity is logged
Refresh the page to see the latest playbook results
When your Salesforce org uses Contact record types but no default has been selected in your configuration, you'll now see a warning icon. This helps admins catch the gap before it causes issues when contacts are created.
When you connect an AI tool to Weflow through MCP, it can now retrieve your forecast calls. Ask about your forecast submissions and get answers grounded in your Weflow data.
Admins can now add calculated columns to any forecast configuration, so your team sees derived metrics like coverage, gap to target, or combined calls without building Salesforce formula fields or waiting on support. Values update live as calls, overrides and rollups change.
Combine other forecast columns, target or quota, and numbers using + - * / and parentheses
Show results as currency, percent or ratio, with the formula visible when you hover the column header
Calculated per row at every level of the hierarchy, including manager overrides, and frozen with locked calls in closed periods
Included in CSV and XLSX exports, and easy to copy into other forecast configurations
Weflow now has a Microsoft Teams app, so teams on Microsoft 365 get the same experience as our Slack app. You get notified in Teams when a recording summary is ready or a forecast call is due, and your Agent Workflows can post messages and files straight into the channels you choose.
Recording summary and forecast call notifications with a link that opens directly in Weflow
Agent Workflows can post messages, PDFs and CSVs to selected Teams channels, accessible to channel members
Choose which notifications and Agents go to which teams and channels, and set your own notification preferences
Quick setup after admin consent, with a permissions guide for IT admins
Weflow now classifies each recorded call by meeting type, like Discovery, Demo or Business Review, so you can find, report on and coach the right conversations without tagging anything by hand. You can always change the type on a call if needed.
Default types include Discovery, Demo, Qualification, Negotiation, Onboarding, Troubleshooting, Technical Issue, Business Review, Check-in and Other
Admins can add, rename and disable meeting types in settings
Filter call lists by meeting type and use it in reports and dashboards
Calls the AI isn't confident about fall back to Other or are flagged for review
The new Weflow desktop app for Windows and macOS lets you record Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls, phone calls and in-person meetings locally, without a notetaker bot joining. Recordings get the same transcription, conversation intelligence, summaries and Salesforce sync as any other Weflow recording.
Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls are detected automatically so you can record with one click
Ad-hoc mode captures both sides of phone calls and works for in-person meetings
A calendar view shows your upcoming meetings with a record button for each
Review the summary, transcript and playback right in the app, plus a list of past recordings
The timeline on a parent record now brings in activities and field updates from its child records, so you get the full picture in one place. For example, an Account timeline now includes what happened on its Opportunities and Contacts.
Works in both the web app and the Chrome extension
Includes activities and field updates from child records like Opportunities and Contacts
Child record timelines stay focused on their own activity
The workspace setup page is now Setup & Integrations, a clear overview of every way Weflow connects with your tools. You can configure available integrations, request ones you need, and spot broken connections at a glance.
